Residents will enjoy a vibrant activity program featuring social gatherings, fitness classes, arts and crafts, music therapy, games, and movie nights. We also encourage them to continue exploring personal passions and hobbies. Our community will feature two libraries, an on-site salon, a chef’s kitchen with a dedicated chef, and raised garden beds for those who love gardening. Our carefully selected and thoroughly trained staff is dedicated to treating each resident with respect and dignity. We maintain open communication with families, providing regular updates on their loved one's well-being. State-of-the-art communication technology also allows you to easily stay connected with us and directly with your loved one.

At Crested Oak, we believe in transparent and predictable pricing. Unlike other communities, we won't have tiered levels of care. This means you won't encounter unexpected upcharges as your loved one's needs evolve. From personal care and housekeeping to meal preparation, as well as Memory Care services, our dedicated team provides consistent, high-quality support, all included in our comprehensive rate.

Medication management is a critical aspect of our care. Our trained staff will assist residents with medication administration, ensuring they receive the correct dosages at the correct times. We will also conduct regular medication reviews and maintain close communication with physicians to ensure medication safety. Our care will be monitored by our physician founder and will have a registered nurse on-call/visiting regularly to oversee medication management and other healthcare needs.

Crested Oak warmly welcomes residents with or without dementia and other forms of memory loss, offering a thoughtfully designed environment that meets the needs of all. Our team will receive specialized training, including the Teepa Snow Method, to ensure compassionate and effective memory care. We are committed to creating a harmonious community where individuals of all cognitive abilities can thrive. Guided by our HEART-centered values and a person-centered approach, we honor each resident’s unique life story, providing personalized support, cognitive engagement, and a secure, comforting setting that promotes independence while reducing confusion.

We're happy to discuss accommodation options for your parents, including the possibility of them sharing a suite. To ensure their safety and well-being, we'll need to evaluate their individual needs and cognitive status, and discuss any potential safety concerns. We'll work closely with you and your family throughout this process to reach a decision that's in everyone's best interest.

Our culinary team is skilled at creating delicious and nutritious meals that meet a variety of dietary needs and preferences. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other special diets based on health-based, personal or religious preferences.
